Klaviyo is the integration most WordPress form plugins skip
Ten of the largest form plugins on WordPress.org, checked on 29 August 2026. Every one of them names Mailchimp. Only two name Klaviyo.
That is the finding, and it changes the shopping list. For Mailchimp you pick on price and features. For Klaviyo you pick from a much shorter list, or you add a connector.

Install counts and ratings come from the WordPress.org plugin API. “Names Klaviyo” means the word appears in the plugin’s own readme, which is where a vendor lists what it connects to.
But Fluent Forms is the surprise. It is a strong plugin with 700,000 installs and a 96 rating, and it lists Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign and HubSpot. Klaviyo, though, is the gap.
Why the gap exists
Klaviyo grew up in ecommerce, and its API is built around profiles and events rather than a simple list subscribe. A form plugin that treats every email service as “add this address to that list” cannot map cleanly onto it, so plugins built for newsletter signups tend to skip it.
So a Klaviyo integration is worth checking properly rather than assuming. Ask whether it sends events or only creates profiles, because segmentation in Klaviyo depends on events.
What to do with Contact Form 7
Ten million sites run it and it connects to nothing on its own. That is by design: it does one job well and leaves integrations to add-ons.
So if you are on Contact Form 7 and you need Klaviyo, you add a connector. ClickSyncr’s Klaviyo integration is ours. MC4WP is the best known for Mailchimp specifically but does not cover Klaviyo. Either way, you keep the forms you already built.

Does WPForms include Klaviyo for free? No. WPForms Lite is the free plugin; the Klaviyo connection is an add-on on a paid plan.
Can I use Klaviyo with Contact Form 7? Yes, through a connector plugin. Contact Form 7 itself has no email marketing integrations at all.
Will it create a profile or just add to a list? That depends on the connector, and it matters. Klaviyo segments on events, so a plugin that only creates profiles limits what you can build flows on. Check before you commit.
Is Fluent Forms really missing Klaviyo? Its readme lists six other platforms and not Klaviyo, as of 29 August 2026. Vendors add integrations often, so check the current version before ruling it out.
