I have added a “tested to” column here because it is the one signal in this table that decays on its own. WordPress 7.1 is current. A plugin still declaring 7.0.4 is not broken, but the gap tells you something about release cadence, so check it first before installing anything on a live site.
The ones that skip it
Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms and Kali Forms all connect to Mailchimp and not to MailerLite. Formidable is the strongest of those three at 300,000 installs and a 96 rating, so if MailerLite is non-negotiable it drops out on that single point.
But Contact Form 7 has no integrations at all. Ten million installs, and the plugin deliberately does one job. If that is your stack, add a connector and keep the forms you already built.
MailerLite has its own trap, and it is not the plugin’s fault
MailerLite is stricter than most platforms about what it will accept into a group. Approval of your account, verified sending domains, and its own rules about imported contacts all sit between your form and a subscriber appearing.
So when a submission reaches WordPress but never shows up in MailerLite, check MailerLite first. In our experience the API key and group ID are correct more often than not, and the block is on the platform side.
Where ClickSyncr fits
You already have forms and the plugin you use either does not reach MailerLite, or hides it behind a plan you do not otherwise need. In short, that is the case ClickSyncr is for.
If you are starting from nothing and happy inside one vendor, buy Fluent Forms or WPForms and use theirs. Fewer moving parts is worth real money, after all.

Does Contact Form 7 support MailerLite? No. It has no email marketing integrations. You add a connector.
Is MailerLite free enough to test with? Its free tier covers a small list, which is enough to prove a form is wired correctly before you commit.
My submission went through but nothing appeared. Check MailerLite’s own restrictions on the group and on your account before debugging the form. That is where this usually stalls.
