Start with the name, because it will cost you an hour otherwise
Brevo was called Sendinblue until 2023. Plenty of WordPress plugins still say Sendinblue in their settings, their readme, or both. If you search a plugin’s docs for “Brevo” and find nothing, search again for “Sendinblue” before concluding it is not supported.
That single habit resolves most of the confusion around this integration.

The two that stand out
Everest Forms carries the highest rating in the table at 98, though from 375 ratings against WPForms’ 14,369. Treat that as a smaller sample rather than a better plugin.
Kali Forms is the smallest here at 10,000 installs and still supports Brevo, which is unusual. Worth a look if you want something lighter than the big four.
The two that do not
Ninja Forms and Forminator both connect to Mailchimp and skip Brevo. Ninja Forms also carries the second-lowest rating in the table at 88.
Contact Form 7, the ten-million-install exception
It integrates with nothing. Not Brevo, not Mailchimp, not anything. The plugin does one job and hands the rest to add-ons, which is a deliberate design and part of why it is still the most installed form plugin on WordPress.
So you keep your forms and add a connector. ClickSyncr does Brevo along with about twenty other platforms. If you would rather stay inside one vendor, WPForms or Fluent Forms both do it well, and both put it behind a paid tier.
Double opt-in is a Brevo setting, not a form setting
The most common support question on this integration is not really about the form plugin. If subscribers arrive as “pending” rather than confirmed, that is Brevo’s double opt-in behaviour on the list, and it is configured in Brevo.
Questions people actually ask
Is Brevo the same as Sendinblue? Yes. Renamed in 2023. Many plugins still show the old name in their settings.
Does Contact Form 7 support Brevo? Not on its own. You add a connector plugin.
Why are my contacts pending? Double opt-in on the Brevo list. Change it in Brevo, not in WordPress.
