ClickSyncr Is The Easiest Way To Integrate HubSpot With WordPress

Connect your Contact Form 7 to HubSpot in under 5 minutes. ClickSyncr for HubSpot automatically sends every form submission to your HubSpot CRM as a contact: no code required. These are some of ClickSyncr’s features:

How it works

  1. First, install ClickSyncr and enable the HubSpot integration.
  2. Next, edit any Contact Form 7 form and open the ClickSyncr HubSpot tab.
  3. Then, paste your HubSpot private app access token: ClickSyncr connects to your CRM automatically.
  4. After that, map your CF7 fields to HubSpot contact properties (e.g. [email* your-email]email, [text* your-name]firstname).
  5. Finally, save. Every new form submission is created or updated in HubSpot as a contact.

Built for HubSpot

  • Idempotent by email: HubSpot upserts the contact on its email address, so re-submissions update the existing record instead of creating duplicates.
  • Contact-property mapping: map any Contact Form 7 field to standard HubSpot properties (email, firstname, lastname, phone, company, jobtitle, website) or your own custom properties.
  • Consent aware: with an acceptance checkbox in your form, the contact is only sent once the visitor opts in: helpful for GDPR.
  • Rate-limit aware: respects HubSpot’s API rate limits so a busy site never silently drops submissions.
  • Per-form configuration: every CF7 form has its own HubSpot token and field map.
  • Debug logging: submission failures are written to WordPress debug.log when WP_DEBUG_LOG is enabled.
  • Coexists with every other ClickSyncr integration: run HubSpot alongside Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo and 20+ more on the same site.

Getting your HubSpot access token

HubSpot replaced legacy API keys with private app access tokens. To create one:

  1. In HubSpot, go to Settings → Integrations → Private Apps.
  2. Click Create a private app and give it a name (e.g. “ClickSyncr”).
  3. Under Scopes, grant crm.objects.contacts.write (and crm.objects.contacts.read).
  4. Create the app and copy the access token (it starts with pat-).
  5. Paste it into the ClickSyncr HubSpot tab on your Contact Form 7 form.

“HubSpot” is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc. ClickSyncr for HubSpot is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot, Inc.
