How to request a refund
Send a message through the contact page from the email address you used at checkout, and include your order number. That is all we need. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
License renewals follow the same rule: a renewal charge can be refunded in full within 30 days of the charge. If you refund a renewal, your license simply is not extended, and your forms keep working. ClickSyncr never disables syncing when a license lapses; an expired license only stops updates and premium support.
After the 30 day window
After 30 days we can no longer refund a purchase or renewal, but we will still help. If something is broken, contact support and we will work with you to fix it.
