Connect Your WordPress Forms to MailerLite

ClickSyncr for MailerLite is a free MailerLite integration for WordPress forms: it turns form submissions into MailerLite subscribers automatically. It works with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator: whichever builder your site uses, every submission lands in the MailerLite group you choose, with field mapping and no code required.

Works with your form builder

ClickSyncr integrates natively with each builder, so the MailerLite settings live where you already work. Each name links to its step-by-step setup guide with screenshots:

• Contact Form 7 + MailerLite: a ClickSyncr MailerLite tab appears right in the Contact Form 7 editor. Pick a group, map your fields, save.
• WPForms + MailerLite: a ClickSyncr MailerLite section in the WPForms builder settings. Configure the sync per form without leaving the builder.
• Gravity Forms + MailerLite: a native Gravity Forms feed. Connect the shared key once, then add a MailerLite feed to any form.
• Fluent Forms + MailerLite: a native Fluent Forms integration. Connect your API key once under Integrations, then add a MailerLite feed to any form.
• Ninja Forms + MailerLite: a ClickSyncr MailerLite action in the Ninja Forms builder. Add it to a form and every submission subscribes.

How it works

1. Install ClickSyncr for MailerLite and activate it. It detects your form builder automatically.
2. Open your form in its builder and find the ClickSyncr MailerLite tab, section, feed, or action.
3. Paste your MailerLite API key. ClickSyncr connects to your account and loads your groups and fields.
4. Choose the MailerLite group for this form. The picker shows each group with its subscriber and field counts.
5. Map your form fields to MailerLite subscriber fields, including custom fields, and save.
6. Done. Every new submission is sent to MailerLite as a subscriber.

MailerLite integration features

• Idempotent sync: subscribers are matched by email and upserted, so re-submissions update the existing record instead of creating duplicates.
• Field mapping: map any form field to your MailerLite subscriber fields, including custom fields.
• Consent aware: with an acceptance checkbox in your form, the subscriber is only sent once the visitor opts in.
• Rate-limit aware: respects MailerLite’s API rate limits so a busy site never silently drops submissions.
• Per-form configuration: every form has its own MailerLite group and field map, so a newsletter form and a lead form can feed different groups.
• Debug logging: submission failures are written to WordPress debug.log when WP_DEBUG_LOG is enabled.
• Coexists with every other ClickSyncr integration: run MailerLite alongside Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and 20+ more on the same site.

Getting your MailerLite API key

1. Log in to your MailerLite account.
2. Go to Integrations → API (or Account → Integrations → Developer API) and generate a new token.
3. Paste it into the ClickSyncr MailerLite settings for your form.

Which form builder should you use with MailerLite?

Any of them. If your site already runs Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, or Forminator, ClickSyncr connects the forms you already have to MailerLite: there is no reason to switch builders just to grow your list. The plugin refuses to run without a supported builder present, and the sync behaves identically on all seven.
