What you are replacing

Match the plugin to the feature you actually use
123FormBuilder users tend to have one specific reason for being there. Pick on that rather than on install counts.
Conditional logic. Fluent Forms includes it free. WPForms puts it behind a paid plan. That single difference decides most migrations, so check it first.
Payments on the form. Forminator handles Stripe and PayPal in its free version, which is unusual, because most plugins gate payments behind a plan. Most plugins gate payments.
Calculations. Formidable Forms is the strongest here, and it is what to use if your form works out a price or a score.
Just a contact form. Contact Form 7. Ten million installs, free, does one job well.

But there is no importer. You rebuild the forms, which for a handful of fields takes twenty minutes each and for a fifty-field application form takes an afternoon.
So export your existing submissions before you cancel anything. That is the step people skip and regret.
One thing worth checking before you move
If your 123FormBuilder forms are embedded on a WordPress site today, they are loading from a third party, and the submissions never touch WordPress. After the switch they land in your database, which means they are also in your backups, your GDPR obligations and your storage.
That means a real trade, and for most sites it is still the right one. It is still a trade.
