ClickSyncr Is The Easiest Way To Integrate GetResponse With WordPress

Connect your Contact Form 7 to GetResponse in under 5 minutes. ClickSyncr for GetResponse automatically sends every form submission to GetResponse as a contact: no code required. These are some of ClickSyncr’s features:

How it works

  1. First, install ClickSyncr and enable the GetResponse integration.
  2. Next, edit any Contact Form 7 form and open the ClickSyncr GetResponse tab.
  3. Then, paste your GetResponse API key: ClickSyncr connects to your account automatically.
  4. After that, map your CF7 fields (e.g. [email* your-email] → email, [text* your-name] → first name).
  5. Finally, save. Every new form submission goes to GetResponse as a contact.

Built for GetResponse

  • Idempotent sync: the plugin matches contacts by email and upserts them, so re-submissions update the existing record instead of creating duplicates.
  • Field mapping: map any Contact Form 7 field to your GetResponse contact fields, including custom fields.
  • Consent aware: with an acceptance checkbox in your form, the contact is only sent once the visitor opts in.
  • Rate-limit aware: respects GetResponse’s API rate limits so a busy site never silently drops submissions.
  • Per-form configuration: every CF7 form has its own GetResponse API key and field map.
  • Debug logging: the plugin writes submission failures to WordPress debug.log when WP_DEBUG_LOG is enabled.
  • Coexists with every other ClickSyncr integration: run GetResponse alongside Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and 20+ more on the same site.

Getting your GetResponse API key

  1. First, log in to your GetResponse account.
  2. Open Menu → Integrations & API → API and generate an API key.
  3. Paste it into the ClickSyncr GetResponse tab on your Contact Form 7 form.

The form panel as cards

The GetResponse panel on every form is redesigned around cards: groups and fields as tiles, one explanation per setting in GetResponse's own words, and the Pro rows on the same panel when ClickSyncr Pro is licensed.

Improvements (6)
  • The panel is five cards: API key, lists for every subscriber, field mapping, subscription and consent, test and inspect.
  • The confirmation and status rows describe what GetResponse actually does, in its own terms.
  • Field mapping appears as tiles; a mapping to a field no longer on the form is flagged and counted as unmapped.
  • The stored API key stays masked and can be revealed with the eye button.
  • With ClickSyncr Pro licensed, the panel adds groups by answer, a consent gate, and the tools: find a subscriber, import a list, create a field.
  • Every mention of ClickSyncr Pro on the panel, and the Documentation and Support links in the admin bar, link to clicksyncr.com.
Fixes (4)
  • Every select on the panel carries a default, so Contact Form 7 no longer warns about unsaved changes on a freshly opened form.
  • WPForms checkbox answers reach the sync as a list instead of one joined string.
  • Forminator now passes the submitted answers to the sync.
  • Gravity Forms and Fluent Forms feeds keep their native conditional logic.

26.08.19.04

First release on WordPress.org

ClickSyncr for GetResponse syncs form submissions to a GetResponse campaign from seven form builders. One API key covers them all, and each form picks its own campaign.

Improvements (3)
  • Works in Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator.
  • Each form chooses its own GetResponse campaign and maps its own fields.
  • A per-form consent field decides whether a submission syncs at all.
Fixes (1)
  • The field mapping table stays visible when other ClickSyncr plugins run on the same site.
