Connect Your WordPress Forms to Brevo

ClickSyncr for Brevo is a free Brevo integration for WordPress forms: it turns form submissions into Brevo contacts automatically. It works with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator: whichever builder your site uses, every submission lands in the Brevo list you choose, with typed attribute mapping and no code required.

Works with your form builder

ClickSyncr integrates natively with each builder, so the Brevo settings live where you already work. Each name links to its step-by-step setup guide:

• Contact Form 7 + Brevo: a ClickSyncr Brevo tab appears in the Contact Form 7 editor. Pick a list, map your fields, save.
• WPForms + Brevo: a ClickSyncr Brevo section in the WPForms builder settings. Configure the sync per form without leaving the builder.
• Gravity Forms + Brevo: a native Gravity Forms feed. Add a ClickSyncr Brevo feed to any form, with conditional logic support from the feed framework.
• Ninja Forms + Brevo: a ClickSyncr Brevo action in the Ninja Forms builder. Add it to a form and every submission syncs.
• Fluent Forms + Brevo: a native Fluent Forms integration. Connect the key once under Integrations, then add a Brevo feed to any form.
• Formidable Forms + Brevo: a Brevo form action, available in Formidable Lite as well as Pro.
• Forminator + Brevo: a native Forminator application. Connect it once, then apply it to any form.

How it works

1. Install ClickSyncr for Brevo and activate it. It detects your form builder automatically.
2. Open your form in its builder and find the ClickSyncr Brevo tab, section, feed, action, or integration.
3. Paste your Brevo v3 API key once. ClickSyncr connects to your account and loads your lists and contact attributes, and every builder shares the connection.
4. Choose the Brevo list for this form. The picker shows each list with its contact count.
5. Map your form fields to Email and your Brevo contact attributes, and save.
6. Done. Every new submission is sent to Brevo as a contact.

Brevo integration features

• Idempotent sync: contacts are matched by email, so re-submissions update the existing contact instead of creating duplicates.
• Typed attribute mapping: values are converted to each attribute’s real type, so numbers arrive as numbers and booleans as true or false, never as text. Email is the only required mapping.
• Phone-safe: an invalid phone number never blocks the sync; only the offending field is dropped and the contact still arrives.
• Double opt-in aware: choose per form whether contacts are added right away or receive Brevo’s confirmation email and join only after confirming.
• Consent aware: with an acceptance checkbox in your form, ticked submissions are added right away and unticked ones go through the confirmation email.
• One connection, seven builders: the v3 API key is stored once and shared across every supported form builder on the site.
• Rate-limit aware: respects Brevo’s API rate limits so a busy site never silently drops submissions.
• Debug logging: submission failures are written to WordPress debug.log when WP_DEBUG_LOG is enabled.
• Coexists with every other ClickSyncr integration: run Brevo alongside Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and 20+ more on the same site.

Get your Brevo API key

1. Log in to Brevo and go to Settings → SMTP & API → API Keys.
2. Generate a new v3 API key and give it a recognisable name such as WordPress ClickSyncr.
3. Copy it and paste it into any ClickSyncr Brevo panel. One key serves the whole site.

Treat the key like a password. Anyone holding it can read and modify your Brevo lists and contacts.

Which form builder should you use with Brevo?

Any of them. If your site already runs Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, or Forminator, ClickSyncr connects the forms you already have to Brevo: there is no reason to switch builders just to grow your list. The plugin refuses to run without a supported builder present, and the sync behaves identically on all seven.
